Using voice Thread

Yesterday at our staff meeting we learnt how to use voice thread. I successfully registered as a user and then promptly uploaded some photos. I now have to add my voice to these before I can upload to my e-journal.
I see real benefits in using this tool - particularly in junior classes where writing abilities are lower. this tool could definitely be set up on a computer allowing students to rotate through to make there comments.

Ideas I think it could be used for in a junior class:

• what we know about a topic pre and post
• sharing news items
• oral language "tell me about this picture"
• practice social skills as a pair - teacher puts the scenario in and pairs 'talk' to it.
• giving instructions about an activity - children may add any questions they have

and many many MANY more!!!
