Goal
My goal with using ‘Feedly’ is to enable
easy access to follow, view, save and learn from a wide variety of educational,
personal and inspirational blogs.
How I use Feedly
Feedly is a great tool that allows 21st
century school Leaders to follow, publish, celebrate and converse with professionals
of like minds. I want to facilitate innovative educators to use Feedly to
free up some of their valuable time. Here are some of the things that can
be done.
·
Teachers can use Feedly to track;
- all
their students’ blog posts,
- any
other blogs they find helpful or inspirational
·
Principals, Deputy Principals and
curriculum leaders can use Feedly to track;
- posts
made by teachers on their professional blogs
- any
other blogs they find helpful or inspirational
Favourite Aspects about Feedly:
·
It enables me to view all blogs by visiting ONE page.
·
It saves me time.
I no longer have to visit EVERY staff blog to see if they have made a new post
or not. I only visit their blog when I see they have made a post. Simple!
·
No delays in my responses. It makes it possible for me to read posts my
colleagues make, and post reply comments, as soon as they update their blog.
What would I add to the Feedly
product?
My favourite Feedly trick
No more flooded in box with masses of e-mails telling me that a new post has been made!
No more flooded in box with masses of e-mails telling me that a new post has been made!
Once a day visit your Feedly space to
check what has been posted by who, and make comments as necessary.
I can view posts across a wide range
of blogs, from around the world, in one window in my Feedly space!
Hi Myra
ReplyDeleteI am now inspired to try Feedly for myself!
I like the format you have used to share Feedly and how you will use it.
I like the sound of viewing all new posts on one page so you don't waste time visiting each blog separately!
I am now off to try this for myself!
Thanks for sharing!
