This clip blew me away. The power that came from a place of absolute disrepair!

My take away thoughts include "Time in" as apposed to "Time out"! As an educationalist - it is my responsibility to make a concerted effort to do the time in with children who have transgressed. Something else a colleague said will stay with me... it takes a lot of energy to be angry and annoyed with a child - as much energy as it takes to spend time talking with a child about what they did wrong!

I choose the "Time in" - so we can grow human "beings" not human "doings"!
